Available proficieny level codes are e-1 to e-5 inclusive (Caution: the value of this Element or Attribute is case sensitive!). They are related to EQF levels 3 - 8, defined in a brochure that can be downloaded here.
The current element is deprecated and will be removed from the EDU-DEX standard on 1st January 2020. We strongly recommend that you start using its successor, programCompetences_eCFDevelopment_proficiencyLevel, as soon as possible.
